Spirit Mind Body Therapeutics is an integrative healing practice that blends functional medicine, energy therapeutics and nervous system regulation to help clients understand and reverse chronic illness at its root to restore vitality, clarity and calm.
We offer a structured yet spiritual path for those dismissed or misunderstood by conventional medicine—providing research backed personalized blueprints, intuitive care and tangible tools to help the body, mind and spirit heal in harmony.
Spirit
Spirit is first. It is energy. I use them synonymously. It's the ethereal interaction between the unseen & seen forces in the universe. Spirit is the foundation of all life. In this vein it connects all aspects of ourself.
Mind
The Mind is the interface, where we integrate spirit into our worldview & physicality. It's the conduit between the unseen and the seen, choosing where to transmute & direct
this energy.
Body
The Body is how we experience the world through our physical selves. It is at this level of imbalance that most people seek help for their distress and at this level alone that practitioners typically address.

Meet Elisa
Elisa is a certified Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner, Reiki Master, and the founder of Spirit Mind Body Therapeutics, where she serves as a guide, collaborator and partner in your healing.
Her nursing path began early, caring for her father after open-heart surgery at 9. Then at 17, she met Angels during a pivotal spiritual awakening.
With hands blessed by nuns at her nursing graduation and a heart called to medicine since childhood, Elisa brings a rare blend of clinical wisdom, intuitive presence and lived experience to every client relationship.
As a young ICU nurse she was trained in Reiki, where saw the direct and profound effects this work could have on ones vital systems.
Passionate about helping the underserved, she has managed and worked at free clinics in Hollywood and also performed forensic rape exams in Santa Monica.
After experiencing personal health challenges with hyperemesis gravidarum and post-partum depression, Elisa was not helped by the very system she had learned.
Feeling lost, she finally achieved healing through functional medicine. This opened up a new world of possibility to help herself and others suffering with chronic illness.
Where the conventional model failed, the functional model continued to offer a path to feeling fully well using food, lifestyle, testing and targeted high dose nutrition tailored to her high risk MTHFR genetic requirements.
Finally, after years of feeling depleted, achy, foggy, tight, and sad, Elisa found whole person transformation through functional medicine.
With over 20 years of clinical experience as a family nurse practitioner and energy practitioner, she has created a unique blend of functional health & energy therapeutics to evaluate and support all aspects of the spirit, mind and body for optimal wellness.
